We were honored to host the BBC at the Château de la Presle this past week. For their coverage of the Tour de France that passed through the Franche-Comté region this year, the crew from BBC Radio 5 Live had set up camp at the Château for a day. They used the beautiful Château as the backdrop for their podcast covering that day’s events of the Tour de France.
The team was so pleasant and they had to work late at night to cover some of the events of the race, so we decided to invite them for dinner. The menu was: home made terrine, pie with scallops, fenouils and bacon, a tasting of ten local cheeses and a mulberry cheese cake. We want to thank the BBC team again for their professionalism and would welcome them back to the Château anytime.
